Digital Download Products

For Members Area Course Access:

You will receive access to our training platform immediately after purchase.If you encounter any issues accessing the digital content, please contact our Customer Support department at [email protected]. Advisors are available 7 days a week.Purchase of any training programs does not grant the buyer the right to share, reproduce, or resell the product in any way.

Refunds:

All digital and downloadable product sales are final.Once digital access or a download has been granted, no refunds will be issued as there is nothing to retrieve back.All agreements for downloadable/digital products are not subject to cancellation, refund, or a "cooling-off period."

Cancellation Policy:

Verbal modifications of agreements are not accepted.Cancellation submitted before full payment completion will only terminate member services.Monthly invoices will still be due and payable until the full value of the agreement is met.Canceling or removing the credit card on file does not cancel your subscription and violates the terms of the agreement.

Account Suspension:

Accounts with invoices delinquent by more than 30 days, or accounts paid delinquently for three consecutive payments, will result in service suspension.Full contract value remains payable even in cases of account suspension.

Payment Plans

If a product or service is purchased using a monthly payment plan, the customer is responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equaling the original purchase price.If any payments are not received, the entire purchase becomes void, and payments made up to that point are forfeited.Access to digital products or platforms will be removed in cases of delinquent payments.

Account Status

Accounts not in satisfactory standing may lose access to upgrade incentives, such as percentage boosts and one-on-one calls.We reserve the right to withdraw access to members-only areas and private Facebook groups.In the case of a chargeback, all services will be immediately suspended, and a lifetime ban will be enforced.
